Our in-house designers produce schematic plans, then drawn elevations, then full construction documents. You review at every milestone.

Engineering & Permitting

Structural, MEP, FEMA elevation, energy code. We submit to the City of Tampa or Hillsborough County and manage every revision until permit issuance.

Fixed-Price Bid

Before a shovel hits the ground, you receive a fixed-price contract with detailed scope, allowances, and a real construction schedule. A commitment.

Site prep, foundation, framing, dry-in, MEP rough, finishes, landscape. Weekly client updates with photos and a single PM you actually know.
